I submitted an online Bicycle Hazard Report form on the Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission website to notify the city that there were dangerous gaps in the wooden pathway that bike, wheelchair or stroller tires could fall into. Two weeks later I crossed the bridge to find maintenance workers making the repair and got to thank them personally on the spot. I eagerly await the new wider path planned as part of the Monterey Bay Scenic Sanctuary Trail Master Plan, woolrich bologna, which will benefit the hundreds of bicyclists, pedestrians and other daily users.

Seton Catholic 48, Coronado 9: Seton Catholic’s no-huddle offense amassed 250 yards passing and 200 yards rushing as the Sentinels cruised to the win over visiting Coronado (0-2). When Seton’s offense wasn’t racing up and down the field, the defense picked off the Dons three times in the game. The Sentinels improved to 2-0 on the year.
"We're disappointed," defensive end Jason Hunter said. "We had a chance to win the game. We played hard. We've just got to find a way to get these wins. You can't make mistakes in a game like this."
